Care without adding another commute
Patients physically located in Minnesota can meet with Dr. Tracie through secure video from a private location. Virtual care can be especially helpful when transportation, distance, work schedules, school responsibilities, caregiving, or weather make repeated office visits difficult.
What the evaluation considers
An integrative psychiatric evaluation looks at symptoms in context. Discussion may include mood, anxiety, attention, sleep, stress, medical history, medications, substance use, relationships, school or work, and the ways symptoms affect daily functioning.
Recommendations may include psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, education, practical strategies, coordination with other providers, or referral to services better matched to the patient’s needs.
Common reasons patients seek care
Open Phase Health works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar and other mood disorders, substance use and recovery, panic, sleep concerns, burnout, grief, and major life transitions.
Important medication limitation
Specific medications are never guaranteed. Open Phase Health does not currently prescribe controlled medications to patients located in Minnesota. Treatment may include noncontrolled medication options or other recommendations when clinically appropriate.
May I join from anywhere in Minnesota?
You must be physically located in Minnesota at the time of the visit and in a private setting appropriate for clinical care.
Does Open Phase Health provide primary care?
No. Dr. Tracie’s primary care background informs her whole-person perspective, but Open Phase Health currently provides psychiatric care only.
What if telehealth is not the right fit?
Dr. Tracie may recommend in-person care, specialty evaluation, emergency services, or a higher level of treatment when needed.
