Psychiatric care that fits real life
Open Phase Health is based in Indianapolis and provides secure online psychiatric care to eligible patients physically located throughout Indiana. Telehealth can reduce travel and make it easier to attend appointments from a private location at home, school, or work when appropriate.
Care may include a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic clarification, psychiatric medication management, supportive therapy, education, and coordination with other professionals.
For children, teens, and adults
Evaluation and treatment are available for concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, substance use and recovery, sleep concerns, burnout, grief, stress, and major life transitions.
For children and adolescents, parent or guardian participation is incorporated based on age, clinical needs, consent, and the treatment plan.
Searching for an online psychiatrist in Indiana?
Patients often use that phrase when they need psychiatric care, but credentials matter. Dr. Tracie Jones is a dual-certified psychiatric-mental health and family nurse practitioner—not a physician or medical doctor. She evaluates psychiatric symptoms, develops treatment plans, and prescribes medication within her professional scope.
Medication and controlled substances
Medication is considered only when clinically appropriate. No diagnosis, stimulant, benzodiazepine, or other medication is guaranteed. Controlled medications are currently considered only for eligible patients physically located in Indiana and may require records, monitoring, agreements, or in-person evaluation when applicable.
Do I need to live in Indianapolis?
No. You may live elsewhere in Indiana, but you must be physically located in Indiana during the telehealth appointment.
Can telehealth treat every psychiatric concern?
No. Some symptoms and safety needs require in-person assessment, emergency care, specialty testing, or a higher level of treatment.
What happens at the first visit?
The first visit reviews symptoms, psychiatric and medical history, medications, sleep, functioning, safety, and goals before recommendations are discussed.
